My account isn't active yet, but my trip will start soon.

You can only use the car when your account is active.

If we haven't finished the manual verification of your account before your trip is set to start, we will cancel the trip automatically. This is what you can do:

  • If you have paid in advance, please click here to check your outstanding balance. We have reimbursed the costs for the trip in your outstanding balance.

  • You can keep the outstanding balance for a subsequent booking once we have finished the manual verification – we will send you an email when we did.

  • You can have your outstanding balance reimbursed to you on your bank account. Click here to do so.
