How do I get my credit back?

The credit in your account remains yours. You can use it for future bookings, or choose too have it transferred back to your bank account by clicking on "Reimburse credit". We will then transfer it to you within two working days. If you are requesting multiple amounts to be returned, they will be paid to you in installments.
