What if the car won’t open?

If the car won’t unlock, double check the following:

  • Are you too early? Has the start time of your booking passed?

  • Do you have a connection on your smartphone?

  • Link your OV chip card using the text message that you receive automatically.

  • Follow the instructions under your booking if the car does not open, and try again.
