When using the car, you are responsible for any parking fees. If you park the car in its own dedicated space, you do not have to pay any parking fees; the car has its own permit for this.
Cars with a zone space may be parked any where in the zone - no parking fees need do be paid. If you park it anywhere outside its zone, you must pay any parking fees that apply.
