I have made a booking using my MyWheels Free subscription by accident. 
Can I unlock the car without a reservation? 

The MyWheels Support department can briefly unlock cars for managers and renters. Managers cannot do this themselves. Even if you have reserve keys, you are kindly asked not to use them to unlock and lock cars without a reservation as it will then not be possible to unlock the car with the app or an OV chip card.
