If the fuel pass is not working, this could be because you have not used the correct fuel type. Our fuel-powered cars run on E10 petrol (formerly Euro 95); check this first before driving! Pay for the fuel yourself.
You can reclaim the costs from your employer on production of a receipt and the registration number of the car concerned. The MyWheels manager in the organisation can then apply to MyWheels to reimburse the costs. Please send an email to [email protected], attaching a legible copy of the receipt for fuel or charging, showing the time and date, and the registration number of the car in question. These costs will be credited and deducted from the following invoice.
