Picking up & returning the car
Where do I find the car?
Our shared cars have either a fixed parking space or a zone space.
Fixed parking space
This is a dedicated space, for one specific MyWheels car. This is where you collect your car. You will find the address in the message confirming your reservation.
Zone space, as opposed to one dedicated space
Cars with a zone space are parked anywhere in their own zone. Your car may therefore be anywhere in its zone. You can find its specific location one hour before your booking in the MyWheels app or on mywheels.nl. This will show its live location, which you can then make your way to.
