MyWheels for Business
When unlocking the car using the app or mobile website, you are asked to report any new damage. You should therefore carefully check the car for any visible damage before getting in. This will prevent any subsequent arguments that the damage was caused during your trip.
Existing damage will be shown to you – you do not have to report this. You can notify us of any new damage using the MyWheels app; you can also send photographs of the damage you have noticed.
