A checklist with a possible solution:
Check if the car is turned off.
Check if the charging cable is properly connected, both in the car and in the charging station.
Did you hold the charging key/card against the reader of the charging station?
What color does the charging station display?
A red signal indicates that the charging station is faulty.
Yellow/orange means that the charging process has yet to start.
Blue indicates that charging has begun.If possible, try another charging point on the same station.
If it is not clear what the problem is and you need to charge, find another station nearby using the Chargemap app, for example. Alternatively, contact our support line.
Note: Parking in a charging spot without charging is legally not allowed. If charging is not possible, always park the car in a regular parking spot.
