We could not exist without our engaged community. An important part of this are our 'Key Figures'. These volunteers who number over eight hundred - are indispensable: together we make it possible for everyone to enjoy cars in an environmentally friendly and cost-efficient way, without having to own one.

The heroes in your neighbourhood
Key Figures are MyWheels' eyes and ears in the neighbourhood. They ensure that our shared cars are always ready to use, and they help MyWheels users with minor problems. As the point of contact for one or more cars, they ensure that all rides are as pleasant as possible.
The role of Key Figures
- Keeping an eye out: Key Figures are responsible for one, two or three cars in their neighbourhood. They keep an eye on them so the cars are well prepared for your upcoming ride.
- On the move: If a car needs to be moved, a charging plug is not connected properly, or another small problem occurs, the Key Figures are there to help!
- Your point of contact: Users can contact Key Figures through the MyWheels app if they have questions or comments. This is very handy, if you've left something in the car, for instance.

Our Key Figures are not only the biggest MyWheels fans; they are also the most critical. Since they regularly drive a MyWheels cars themselves, they provide us with helpful feedback about our shared cars and the app. Many of them also keep a close eye on the latest trends related to car sharing and sustainability. They how they keep us on our toes, and we're incredibly grateful for that!
