Why become a Key Figure?
- Doing something good for the world - By making people enthusiastic about shared mobility, you contribute to reducing CO2 emissions caused by car ownership.
- Make your neighbourhood a little better - With shared cars your neighbourhood will become greener and a little more accessible.
- Contributing ideas with MyWheels - As a key figure, you share your ideas, provide feedback and occasionally test a new feature. You become part of our community of Key Figures. Together we make MyWheels even better!
- Discount on your rides - Every month you will receive €13 discount on your MyWheels rides.

Your role as a Key Person
Point of contact for MyWheels cars.
As a Key Figure, you are the point of contact for one, two or three cars in your neighbourhood. You keep an eye on the cars resolve minor problems, when necessary e.g. if a car is not properly connected to a charging station, or if it is in the wrong place in the neighbourhood. Car users can also contact you through the MyWheels app. In the 'Messages' section you will find their questions or comments, which is very handy, if they've left something in the car after a ride, for instance.
Ambassador of MyWheels
As a Key Figure, you are a true ambassador for MyWheels. You know how to generate enthusiasm about the advantages of car sharing with MyWheels and inspire others to join. For example, you explain how an electric car works or help organise events. Sharing is not only more fun, but also better for the environment. Curious to learn more? We are often looking for enthusiastic members to become Key Figures. Do you tick all the boxes below? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
- You are at least 25 years old
- You have been driving with MyWheels for more than 6 months
- You have driven 10 trips with MyWheels (damage free)
- You ocasionally use this car
- You live within 1km reach of the car
Check the app to see which cars are near you. Want to find out if you can still become a Key Figure of your favourite car? Then click on the car and scroll down. If no name is linked to this car, we are still looking for a Key Figure for this car!
Choose a car that you use often and is in your neighbourhood. Provide the license plates of the cars you want to manage (maximum of 3 cars).
Sign up through the contact form. You will hear from us within a week if we have connected you to a car.
