When the car displays the message 'key not detected,' there are a few possible solutions you can try:

• Press and hold the start button for a longer period.

• Open/close the car with the app.

• Check if the charging card/charging key is correctly placed in its designated slot (if available). Some cars have a special sliding compartment in the glove box where the charging card/charging key must be inserted. If this is not done, the compartment will continuously search for the key/charging card, which can disrupt the key signal.

• Turn off all electronic devices, put them in airplane mode, or move them to the back seat or trunk. This can prevent interference with the key signal.
