If the fuel pass is not working, this could be because you have not used the correct fuel type.
Our fuel-powered cars run on E10 petrol (formerly Euro 95); check this first before driving!
Pay for the fuel yourself and send a photograph of the receipt to support@mywheels.nl. We will ensure that you are reimbursed, and we will check the fuel pass to see that it is working correctly.
