Key not detected
When the car displays the message 'key not detected,' there are a few possible solutions you can try:
Press and hold the start button for a longer period.
Open/close the car with the app.
Check if the charging card/charging key is correctly placed in its designated slot (if available). Some cars have a special sliding compartment in the glove box where the charging card/charging key must be inserted. If this is not done, the compartment will continuously search for the key/charging card, which can disrupt the key signal.
Turn off all electronic devices, put them in airplane mode, or move them to the back seat or trunk. This can prevent interference with the key signal.
