For organizations:
MyWheels Business works with a fixed subscription of €30 per month per organization.
This gives your company access to all business features, while trips made by employees are billed based on actual usage.
You can invite and add an unlimited number of employees for free through the management dashboard.
For employees:
As an employee of an organization, you can easily book a MyWheels shared car using our app.
The invoice is sent directly to your organization.
When you sign up for a MyWheels Business account, you gain access to your own management dashboard.
Here, you can invite employees, view trips, and download invoices and trip details.
There is no limit to the number of employees you can invite — and it’s completely free!
You can invite as many colleagues as you like, easily managed through your own business dashboard.
Once you’ve invited an employee, they can immediately create their own account.
In most cases, the account is approved right away.
Occasionally, a manual check is required — in that case, approval may take up to two working days.
The invoice consists of the monthly subscription fee of €30, plus the trip costs — broken down by the hours or days the car was rented and the number of kilometers driven.
If any traffic fines were incurred by a driver, these will also be listed on the invoice.
Absolutely! In your management dashboard, you can upload cost centers that employees must select when reserving a car.
On the monthly invoice, all trips will be clearly split by cost center.
Would you like to cancel your subscription? You can do so at any time, with a one-month notice period.
Simply send an email to z[email protected], and we’ll take care of it.
You’ll continue to pay the subscription fee until the end of the cancellation month; trip costs remain based on actual usage.
Your subscription will end, and we will deactivate your company account.
