A business MyWheels account has no fixed monthly costs. You only pay for the trips you make. If neither you nor your colleagues drive in a given month, you won’t receive an invoice.
You can cancel at any time. Simply inform us, and we’ll handle it for you. Since you only pay for completed trips, there is no cancellation period.
There is no limit to the number of employees you can invite. You can easily manage colleague invitations within your own management environment.
Once you’ve invited an employee, they can create an account right away. In most cases, this account is approved immediately. Occasionally, a manual check is needed, which can take up to two business days.
When you sign up for a MyWheels business account, you gain access to your own management environment. Here, you can invite employees, view trips, and download invoices and trip details.
The invoice includes the costs of completed trips, broken down by the hours/days a vehicle was rented and the kilometers driven. If the driver incurred any fines, these will also be listed.
Absolutely! You can upload cost centers in your management environment, which employees will need to select when reserving a vehicle. The monthly invoice will then display trips split across the various cost centers.
