Is the battery at less than 80% capacity? If so, always connect the car to a charging point in the zone.
Is the battery at more than 80% capacity? If so, park the car in a space in the zone without a charging point.
** Have you parked the car at a charging point?** In that case, you are obliged to connect the car to the charging point. Any car that is not connected will be towed away, the costs of which will be charged to the hirer.
You can find the zone and available charging points in the MyWheels app.
Move the gear lever to position P.
Press the round start button (to the right of the steering column) to switch the car off and activate the parking brake.
Put the key and the charging key in the glove compartment.
Lock the car using the MyWheels app or OV chip card.
And then, end your trip in the MyWheels app.
