The car key is in the glove compartment.

To disconnect the cable from the car, press the open button on the car key. You may need to hold it for a second.

Always take the charging cable with you in the car; put it in the boot.

Depress the foot brake.

Press the round start button (to the right of the steering column).

The dashboard display lights up and the word ‘Ready’ will appear on the display.

After starting, turn the gear knob to position D, always keep the normal foot brake applied when using the gear knob.

The positions are:

• R = backward

• N = neutral / free

• D = normal driving

You can switch gears by turning the knob to the left or right. The indicator above the button shows which gear is engaged. You can also see this on the display.

As soon as you release the brake in position D, or R, the car starts moving. The display shows you how many kilometers you can still drive. Please note that this may be lower than indicated. This depends, among other things, on driving style, the use of heating and/or air conditioning and weather conditions.
