Are you having trouble starting the car? Please read our tips below.
Start the car by keeping the foot brake pressed. Depress it again if it does not respond directly. Mind that you keep the hand brake on.
Try getting back in the car. There is a pressure sensor in the seat that detects your presence and activates the car.
This is an electric car, so it doesn't make noise like gasoline cars do. You can see if the car is on from the display, which will show the message "ready."
Have you disconnected the charging cable and closed the charging port properly?
Is the gear lever in a position other than P (Park)? Keep the foot brake pressed and put the gear lever in P. Once the car starts, you can select the appropriate gear (D or R).
Check the app to see if you have an ongoing reservation. If you're late returning the car, it will be blocked. In that case, call MyWheels.
