Starting and ending

Help! The car won't start

Are you having trouble starting the car? Please read our tips below.

Start the car by keeping your foot on the brake while pressing the start button.

This is an electric car, it doesn't make noise like gasoline cars do. You can tell if the car is on by the display showing "ready."

Have you disconnected the charging cable and closed the charging port properly?

Is the gear lever in a different position than P (Park)? Keep your foot on the brake and put the gear lever in P. Then press the start button. If the car starts, you can choose the correct gear (D or R).

Check the app to see if you have an ongoing reservation. If you're late returning the car, it will be blocked. In that case, call MyWheels.
