Lock account temporarily

You've just opened the MyWheels app or website from a new device. If you don't recognize this activity, you can temporarily lock your account.

This is a new security measure. If you just logged in to the MyWheels app or website yourself, there's no need to lock your account.

What consequences does this have?

By locking your account, no new reservations can be made, and current trips can't be started.

How do I reactivate my account?

Stel eerst een nieuw wachtwoord in, en mail daarna naar support@mywheels.nl. Onze supportmedewerkers deblokkeren je account op werkdagen van 09:00 tot 17:00 uur.

How could anyone get into my account?

People sometimes use stolen and leaked email adresses and password from the internet. We therefore recommend choosing a unique and long password.
