New forest in Overijssel
MyWheels will plant trees in Overijssel together with Trees for All. You can contribute on Green Friday! Together we strengthen nature in the Netherlands and contribute to a better climate.
We will do this by contributing to the Trees for All forest project in the province of Overijssel. This forest project only provides a healthier living environment for the synthetic generations, but also offers a valuable contribution to biodiversity and combating climate change. In this way we help nature recover, absorb more CO₂ and strengthen biodiversity.

We can take 8 members to the planting day in February 2025. Share your ride on social media and tag @MyWheelsnl and @TreesforAll_nl for a chance to come along.

We can go with 8 MyWheels members to the planting day in February, where 'our' trees are planted in Overijssel. Are you coming? Share a photo or video of your Green Friday ride on social media, tag MyWheels and Trees for All, for a chance to win. In December, the lucky 8 will receive an email with more information!
Why Green Friday?
Green Friday is the sustainable alternative to Black Friday, initiated by Trees For All. While Black Friday is all about impulse purchases and overconsumption, Green Friday calls for passing up bargains and doing something positive for the earth.

The small print
- To plant a tree within this promotion you must use the discount code WELOVETREES when booking your ride that takes place on November 29, 2024.
- This promotion only applies to rides with an end date of November 29, 2024. If you start your ride earlier, you can register your ride.
- Have you already planned a ride, but do you still want to register the ride? This can be done until the end of your ride. Add the promotional code in the discount field of your ride in the app. We will then count your ride and ensure that a tree is planted in your name.
- Share your ride on social media and tag MyWheels and Trees for All for a chance to go on the planting day in February 2025. The exact date has yet to be announced.
- If you have been chosen to go to the planting day, you will receive you will be notified by email. Keep an eye on your inbox!
