What do I need to get started with MyWheels?

All you need is a valid driver's license and a smartphone. Download the app and create an account. The rest explains itself.

What is the welcome offer?

As a welcome offer, you get 25% off every trip, no booking fee, free trip cancellation and free trip extensions, all for 3 months!

Where are the cars?

Almost everywhere. We have about 3,000 cars in the Netherlands, so there’s almost always one just around the corner. In the app, you can find the one closest to you.

What if I have trouble on the road?

Our cars are modern and well-maintained. However, things can happen on the road. In such cases, you have 24/7 roadside assistance and are automatically fully insured. More information about roadside assistance.

How do I see the discount on my invoice?

Every payment overview will show the discount you've received. Because the welcome offer is equivalent to a free Pro subscription, it will appear as 'Korting Pro'. Don't worry — you haven't signed up for a subscription. The discount simply stops after 3 months.
