Hello all new and existing renters. In case of any issues with a car please send me message. If you rent "Hyundai Kona" or "Skoda CITIGOe" and car is connected to charging station : To release the cable from the car, use the car key and open the car . If you rent "Seat me" and car is connected to charging station : To release the cable from the car, open car from app - "Open car" button. At the end of the ride if battery goes below 80 % please don't forget to put in on charge and preset key to charging station and check that light at charging station is blue. Thank you in advance.
